Longtime Indianapolis Colts Pilot Personnel, Passed Away Saturday at 39
The Indianapolis Colts mourn the loss of 39-year-old Jason M. Bradley, A Longtime Employee of the Football Team
Longtime Indianapolis Colts plane personnel Jason M. Bradley from Indianapolis passed away on Saturday at age 39.
Bradley worked for the Indianapolis Colts Flight Department as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager in Indianapolis since graduating with his associate’s degree from Vincennes University- Indianapolis Aviation Maintenance Technology School in 2005.
He was also a Loogootee High School graduate in 2003 and only got an associate’s degree from VU.
After getting married to his wife, Amber in 2013, the family lived in Indianapolis so Jason could work at his job where he was later promoted as the team’s Aircraft Maintenance Manager.
It is unclear at this time how he passed away, but he was a beloved member of not just the Colts community but also our family as well.
According to his obituary which can be found on the Blake Funeral Home website based out of Loogootee, Indiana, he loved hunting and fishing and was described by his family as “… the life of the party and never met a stranger.” His family wrote, ”He enjoyed weightlifting and competitive kickboxing. Most of all, Jason loved his family and friends.”
He is survived by his wife, Amber, two parents Martin and Mary Bradley, and several siblings including his wife Amber Bradley and his siblings, Brett (Lexi) Bradley of Poland, Stephen (Tara) Bradley of Mitchell, and Ashley (Zach) Albin of Bedford; nieces and nephews, Addalyn, Jayven, Colter, Amelia, Wren, and Hudson; mother-in-law, Sheri Lindsay; sister-in-law, Ashley (Kevin) Harry; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins according to Blake.
Bradley will be missed as a member of the Colts organization and throughout the football world for his work in aviation and for providing comfort to players, families, and their team personnel.
His funeral is set to take place at the Evangelist Catholic Church in his hometown of Loogootee, Indiana this Friday with visitation held on Thursday from 2 pm-8 pm and Friday from 12:00-12:45 pm at The Blake Funeral Home.
